| Online Casino Matching Player Donations
Olympic Sportsbook Online Casinos was matching donations from its online gambling sportsbook players through Sept. 15 in an effort to send $100,000 to the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
Players were able to call or e-mail the customer service team for the online casinos site to have funds donated directly from their Olympic Sportsbook account. Funds were to be matched up to $50,000, and a check will be sent up to $100,000 to the Red Cross to assist victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Olympic Sportsbook is updating its Red Cross page daily with the total donations received. The page also provides links to resources, as well as daily messages about the progress of the donation efforts.
